Hello. Late Night Work Club is pleased to announce our Project #1 - Ghost Stories, an animated short anthology. If you don’t know what Late Night Work Club is, you better ask somebody.
We’re doing this thing, and you are invited. Campfire is lit, marshmallows are toasting, someone is passing around something (none for me, thanks) and over a dozen animators are gearing up to spin some Ghost Stories. Some will be scary, some funny, some will probably pretty sad, I’m not going to lie. That’s how ghost life is. We’re just telling it like it is. Or like we made it up.
Ghost Stories consists of several animated shorts, each made by different animator or small team. There are a lot of us, so expect to hang out for a while. The people involved are some of the brightest kids doing independent animation today. Seriously, go look at the roster.
Ghost Stories will be released online, for free, in the spring. Everyone can watch it. You don’t have to travel to a festival or know a guy who knows a guy. If you are stuck out in the middle of nowhere (like several of us are), you can see it the same day everyone else does. That’s internet magic.
We are very excited about this and we hope you too will be. Follow this blog and the #LNWC tag both here and on twitter for a steady stream of Late Night Work Club awesome. In this space we’ll also be doing some special posts that you will want to see, especially if independent animation is your thing. And it probably is or else you wouldn’t be reading this.
Thank you for your support. Love, LNWC.

Lengthy and insightful.
I’m opening a shop section on my website at the end of next week. I’ll be selling a collection of large limited edition prints of some new drawings. I’ll begin small with a run of around 10 to start.
Photos to follow folks…
